Direction- Mix 1 scoop of UMN Nutrition Standard BCAA with 8-12 oz of water. For a thicker shake, mix with 8 oz of water. Take 1 serving (approx. 14gm) of Standard BCAA in 8-12 oz of cold water or juice in a shaker/ sipper. For the Best result use, one serving upon rising up in the morning and one serving post-workout.
